Keys of Communication II

Complete an Advanced Course Seminar
Follow up on your initial Keys of Communication (KOC) skills training with this advanced course seminar. Keys of Communication II (KOC II) builds on the first seminar and should be taken approximately four months after KOC I.
In KOC II, participants are expected to have had some time to apply their KOC skills on the job, but they will likely have some questions. These questions are addressed in the KOC II seminar.
Seminar Flow
The seminar begins with a review of the KOC seminar concepts as participants receive their updated Flexibility profile.
Discussion on Flexible Communication
Two important components of communication flexibility are listening and speaking. KOC II teaches participants how to be effective listeners and speakers. The participants then receive their Listening and Speaking profile.
Six-Step Process
Participants learn the 6-step process, which is the practical way to communicate effectively on a daily basis.
