Enroll for Our Keys of Communication Skills Training
Learn to relate to and get along with people through our Keys of Communication skills training. Good people relations is a basic and important skill that makes for effective communicators. These people are more productive; they find it easier to relate to others and gain quicker endorsement of their products, services, and/or ideas. In short, good communicators get results.
Our Keys of Communication (KOC) training is a “people skills” workshop that provides participants with the tools to deal more effectively with others. These tools are designed to foster an atmosphere of openness and trust, which are essential components of effective communication.

The Workshop
KOC participants learn:
- How they come across to others via individualized profiles, giving feedback on their interpersonal communication style and flexibility
- How to identify the communication styles and communication goals of others
- How to build trust in interpersonal relationships
- How to decrease time and energy spent on interpersonal tension
Training Benefits
KOC skills last a lifetime, become sharper with use, and help participants:
- Build on the strengths of different communication styles
- Take the guesswork out of motivating subordinates
- Increase productivity
- Decrease people-problem stress
- Be more responsive to the needs of others
Participants can begin using their KOC skills immediately through application exercises that address their current and real concerns. The process aids in the effective transfer of learning to the real world.
Communication Style and Flexibility Profiles
Seminar participants are provided with non-threatening personal feedback on “How Others See Me.” Each participant directs three to five respondents to complete a brief online survey at etikeys.com. The surveys are expertly scored and form composite profiles, which participants receive during the seminar. The survey respondents’ answers are anonymous – participants receive only the composites.

Seminar Outline
Communication Styles – How others see me
Style analysis – Identifying where the other person is coming from
Responding to styles – Adapting to the goals of different styles
Flexibility – How and when to be flexible
